Tasker List is designed to help you create, manage, and sync your tasks across your devices. Your privacy is important, and this policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information We Collect

Tasker stores the tasks, notes, task sheets, completion status, estimated time, and related task metadata that you create in the app.

If you enable iCloud sync, this task data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple CloudKit so it can sync across your devices.

Tasker may also use purchase information provided by Apple to determine whether you have access to Pro features. Purchase processing is handled by Apple.

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used only to provide the app’s core features, including:

Saving and displaying your tasks
Organizing tasks into task sheets
Syncing task data across your devices with iCloud
Supporting widgets
Unlocking Pro features after purchase

Tasker does not sell your personal information or use your task data for advertising.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud sync is enabled, your task data is stored in your private iCloud database. This data is associated with your Apple ID and is managed by Apple’s iCloud services.

Tasker uses CloudKit to sync your data between devices signed in to the same Apple ID. The developer does not use this data for tracking or advertising.

Third-Party Services

Tasker uses Apple services, including:

iCloud / CloudKit for sync
StoreKit for in-app purchases
WidgetKit for widget updates

These services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy policies.

Data Sharing

Tasker does not share your task data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

Data Retention

Task data remains on your device and, if iCloud sync is enabled, in your iCloud account until you delete it.

Deleted tasks and task sheets may be temporarily retained as deletion records to allow changes to sync across your devices. These deletion records are automatically purged.

Children’s Privacy

Tasker is not intended to collect personal information from children. The app does not knowingly collect data from children for tracking or advertising purposes.

Your Choices

You can delete tasks and task sheets at any time within the app. You can also manage iCloud data through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
